 Simply put, this is a fantastic book and should be a must-read for leaders at all levels in the military and private sectors.  'In Her Boots' tackles a topic at the forefront of today’s societal issues and is timely and overdue. The testimonies of the authors and those they served with make it clear that sexual assault and sexual harassment are serious issues within our Military and society. Until leaders make it a priority, our Nation is at risk.     This manual provides all the tools needed to develop a much-needed training seminar for leaders and subordinates because it truly impacts all. The authors have made it personal, which should help the trainers use real-world examples to encourage others to tell their stories. The time is now for change in how we treat one another. This manual delivers a compelling message and process to help our Military and society end crimes against our fellow Soldiers and Americans, regardless of gender.
