TF SASA, LLC is owned and operated by two women Army veterans, COL (R) Janice Dombi and MAJ (R) Lisa Belcastro Bass. The TF SASA team is comprised of former military leaders with over 200 years of experience in various branches and a deep commitment to providing effective solutions and support concerning sexual assault and harassment. Our team came together in 2010 while deployed to Iraq, where our founders identified a critical need for better prevention measures and support systems.
With our extensive experience, deep-rooted values, and commitment to excellence, TF SASA stands in the fight to prevent and heal the wounds of sexual assault and harassment.

As a grandmother, she attended Airborne School and became the first female Commander in the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team. She served two one-year tours in Iraq as an engineer. Her last duty in the Army was as Chief of Troop Construction for Fort Hood, TX. She is married to her biggest supporter and has four children and 15 grandchildren, which holds her heart. Lisa holds an Associate degree in Drafting, a bachelor's degree in government from the University of Central Texas, and a master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. She also holds Master's Certificates for Commercial and Government Contracting from Villanova University. She is a graduate of the Entrepreneur's Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) from Texas A&M and a graduate of the Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (VWISE) from Syracuse University. She was selected and completed the 'Count Me In' program for business development and won Citi Bank's 'Best Social Venture' business competition for her 'In Her Boots' program. A resident of Dallas since her retirement from the Army in 2012. Lisa has served as the Executive Director for Chamber Development of the Dallas-Fort Worth, United States Veteran Chamber of Commerce and on the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She was commissioned through Officer Candidate School as a Nuclear Biological Chemical (NBC) Officer. Tammy has served in two deployments. First in support of Operation Desert Storm and then in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as an Operations staff officer. During her military career, she commanded two Companies, an Airborne unit out of Fort Bragg and a Recruiting unit in Greenville, NC. Her most enjoyable assignment was when she was a Battalion Commander in Germany. She obtained her degree through the Army’s Tuition Assistance Program, taking most of her classes at night and weekends culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree from Jacksonville State University, Alabama in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. During her second combat tour in Iraq, she became one of the original founding members of TF SASA. Tammy is currently working as a Defense Contractor supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

She was a commander for the 418 Civil Affairs Battalion CO A (Tactical), 172 Medical Multifunctional Battalion, 7306 MESB. Nancy was a G3 MOB Officer for USACAPOC at Fort Bragg, NC, deploying Civil Affairs and Psychological US Army Reserve Units in 2005. She was a contract employee and on active duty at Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL), Ft Leavenworth, KS for 5 years. While at CALL she was deployed to collect Lesson Learned from Operation Unified Response. She has a Daughter and Son, daughter in law and 4 grandchildren. She graduated from Amarillo College with an Associate degree in Nursing in 1982. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from West Texas A&M. She completed her master’s degree in Christian Ministries from Liberty University. Nancy completed the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Course and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She recently completed her certification in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts from Auguste Escoffier school of Culinary Art. After retiring Nancy decided she would raise Katahdin Sheep on her 15-acre homestead.

Clarence demonstrated superb professionalism, management skills, and leadership abilities while serving the Army in several key assignments: RDTE NCO in the US Army Operational Test Command. Clarence became the first noncommissioned officer selected by the Director to become a ATEC Systems Team member, Senior Drill Instructor with Foxtrot Company and First Sergeant for Delta Company, both with the 82D CM BN FLW, Missouri; CBRN Operations NCOIC assigned to the 3RD Armored Cavalry Regiment, FT Hood, TX; EUSA Force Protection SGM assigned to The Eighth United States Army, Yongsan, Korea; to conclude an exceptional military career Clarence returned to FT Hood, TX and deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom/ New Dawn with the III Corps Force Protection Cell. He held key leadership roles as a Combat Security Police Instructor, Special Weapons and Tactics Instructor (SWAT), Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge Security Police Quality Control, Superintendent Security Police Operations, First Sergeant, and Superintendent of the largest Department of Defense Joint Service Honor Guard located outside of Washington D.C. November 1983, after Operation Urgent Fury (Grenada), then Staff Sergeant Willie had the distinct privilege of being recognized by President Reagan & First Lady Nancy Reagan honoring military men & women responsible for rescuing the students at Saint George Medical School. Only a few are chosen and less can attend, Air Force Staff Sergeant Willie attended Army Infantry School and Army Pre-Ranger School. While active-duty Air Force, Staff Sergeant Willie became a Certified Arkansas Law Enforcement Instructor specializing in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and an Honorary Colonel in the Arkansas State Police. After transitioning from the Air Force in November 2002, January 2003 Jeff Willie became Professor Jeff, Associate Faculty for the University of Phoenix facilitating undergraduate leadership, business, and humanities classes.
