How it Works

This formal structured program includes a book, a workbook, and a facilitator's workbook with accountability assignments that reduce the time away from the mission at hand. 

Conducts a senior military female service women workshop to explain the 'In Her Boots' program and provide details and their crucial role in the implementation.

Senior female servicemembers drive this program for junior female servicemembers, allowing the mentees to connect and communicate openly without fear of reprisal. 

Monthly workbook assignments for the junior female service members continued development and practice in implementing the life skill taught at that month's workshop.

The Facilitator's Guide is for the mentors and parallels the mentee's workbook assignments and workshops.  This guide significantly reduces any additional workload for the senior military staff. 

The 'In Her Boots' program is concurrent training, that consists of applicable teachings to reduce the learning curve with accountability.
