This program develops life skills to help individuals become more self-aware and confident in their abilities, leading to positive changes in their attitudes, behaviors, and decision-making process.
In conjunction with existing cultural change programs, this program's success is achieved by promoting equality, fairness, and respect for all individuals in the military.
In this formal, structured program, female service members can openly discuss issues and access mentorship and guidance.
This program specifically addresses the "how to" versus the "what to do" in addressing sexual assault prevention and recovery strategies and navigating the ranks.
This program's approach is different because it provides specific strategies from lessons learned from Senior Military Women Leaders.
Topics are heavily weighted toward communicating specifically to female service members. Senior male leaders' limited attendance and participation are encouraged as it allows them to hear firsthand the struggles and experiences from a female perspective.
